read all terms & conditions carefully as these regulate the use of our website
and the delivery of goods to you from our online shop. By placing an order or/and
using our website you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Our Privacy

any orders are placed.

These terms & conditions may be changed at any time without
any obligation to notify you of any changes.
Product Information/Descriptions/Prices
Every effort has been made to ensure that all product details,
descriptions and prices are correct but we reserve the right to cancel orders
if incorrect product information/prices have been published. In the unusual
circumstances that this should happen, you will be notified by email as most
issues can be resolved without cancelling orders.
We have tried to display the colours of our products as accurately
as possible however the colour indicators displayed are for illustrative purposes
only as we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s colour display will reflect
the colour of the product accurately.
All sizes given are “to-fit” sizes and therefore
are approximate measurements. We try to make sure that these are as accurate
as possible, however if you require actual measurements drop us a quick email
and we will do our best to provide the relevant information.
All items in our online shop are subject to availability.
There is a slight delay between placement of orders and order acceptance therefore
stock levels may change in this time. If any goods you have ordered are out
of stock you will be notified as quickly as possible and you will not be charged
for these.
All prices are subject to change and inclusive of VAT (where
applicable).
Purchase of Goods
When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation
email from us however our acceptance of the order will not happen until the
goods have been dispatched. Upon the dispatch of goods an order complete email
will be sent to you.
Please note that once the goods ordered have been confirmed
you will be unable to make any further changes to your order therefore customers
are advised to check that all items ordered are correct before clicking the
checkout confirmation button.
All discounts and special offers will be confirmed by the
entry of a promotional code and will be applied at the acceptance of the order
and detailed on your customer invoice.
The reason we may refuse an order could be because of:
We are unable to obtain authorisation of payment
Incorrect product information/prices have been published
The product is out of stock or has been damaged
If we should experience any problems processing your order
we will notify you as quickly as possible.
We guarantee to take all reasonable precautions within our
power to keep all of your order and payment details secure, however if a third
party should obtain unauthorised access to your information through no fault
of our own we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer.
Delivery Details
All UK Mainland deliveries are £5.00
All Northern Ireland deliveries are £11.00
All UK Islands deliveries are £15.00
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days of purchase
(excluding weekends and bank holidays) but if there are any delays we will notify
you of these as quickly as possible. All goods will be delivered to the billing
address of the credit/debit card used for payment unless an alternative UK mainland
address (with Royal Mail postcode) is given at the time of order confirmation.
At the time of dispatch we will supply you with a consignment
number on your order complete email. You will be able to track your parcel using
this number by logging on to the following website:
A signature will be required as proof of order delivery.
If you are not at home when our courier attempts to deliver goods a card will
be left with a contact telephone number for the depot that goods will be held
at, this card will also provide you with a parcel reference number which should
