As long as goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt and in original
condition including packaging and tags we are more than happy to exchange or
refund goods. All refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card that the
original order was placed with.
Right to Cancel Inline With Distance Selling Regulations
You the customer will have 7 working days from the day after
the receipt of goods to cancel the order if for any reason you are unhappy with
the goods delivered. This “cooling off period” is inline with Distance
Selling Regulations.
If you wish to cancel your order within this time you must
notify us of this in writing by either by email or post. Please see our contact
details below.
All goods that we have delivered to you must be returned
to us in original condition. Upon our receipt of the returned goods we will
either exchange or refund the full cost of the goods as per your instruction.
Unless you have received substitute goods, you will be liable
for all postal costs involved in returning the goods to us, which we are unable
to refund you for.

Please send all returned goods by a secure postage method
or ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate. By doing this you
will be supplied with a tracking number which allows you to track returned items
and also provide proof of postage. Without proof of postage we are unable to
refund any costs should the goods be lost in the post.
Exchange
When returning goods for an exchange please download &
complete our returns form, this will allow us to process all returns in an efficient
and swift manner. Upon receipt of the returned order we will invoice you the
cost of delivery as stated in our Delivery Details, which will be dispatched
upon payment?
Wrong Or Faulty Item
If an incorrect or faulty item is dispatched we ask customers
to return these to us following the procedures above. Please note on the returns
form if you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
If you require an exchange, upon our receipt of the goods
we will refund your return postage costs to the original card that the initial
payment was made from. Replacement goods will be dispatched as quickly as possible
by either a secure postage method or by courier.
If you require a refund we will credit all costs including
your return postage costs to the original credit/debit card that the initial
payment was made from upon our receipt of the goods.
